Adval has the largest commitment to screen printing infrastructure in Australia. Our print facilities boast two in-line four colour machines (1500mm x 2100mm), one two colour machine (820mm x 1220mm) and a one colour machine (1500mm x 2100mm).

Adval-Digital invested significantly in digital print capability and now boasts equipment for both flatbed and roll to roll printing. The Durst Rho 205 can print onto substrates up to 70mm thick and can also print a white and a varnish. Our latest purchase, the Gandi Jeti can produce up to 720dpi.

Following the lead from our parent company Eye and observing world trends, Adval offers networked digital in-store solutions to complement traditional point-of-sale and visual merchandising activities. Digital content can be created and managed in conjunction with existing campaigns and then delivered to screens remotely.

Adval has an Apparel Identity Division which produces high quality, long wearing range of clothing identifiers. This range includes heat seal emblems, sew on badges, flock emblems and the new ‘Ultra’ range of transfers which are suitable for all applications.

Adval operates a distribution warehouse with pick and pack facilities from its Melbourne Head Office providing premium Integrated Distribution programs for all Point of Sale merchandise. A complete visual library of all inventory is available to clientele via e-mail or the internet.
