Having successfully installed the latest state of the art direct to screen system, the Luscher DX in December 2008, Adval is pleased to announce it can now produce screen prints at a resolution not previously possible in such a large format.
With the capability of producing screen prints at 85 line ruling and beyond, Adval leads the screen print industry in high resolution print quality. When you consider that the industry standard is around 45 line ruling, 85 is a quantum step up from the norm.
We can now offer resolutions comparable to digital and offset printing but with the colour vibrancy and versatility of substrates that screen printing is known for.
An additional benefit to the print quality improvement is a positive environmental outcome as the direct to screen process eliminates the need for film and processing chemicals. Whilst we can produce at 85 line ruling levels we have not lost our ability to produce at lower levels should the design warrant it.
