  11. Your use of or participation in any interactive facility associated with the Website constitutes your agreement that you will not, while doing so:

    1. Post or transmit any illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or indecent information or material of any kind, or any material in contempt of any court or parliament, or encourage any other person to do so.

    By participating in any interactivity on the Website, you grant to Adval a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, unrestricted world-wide licence to use, copy, sub-licence, re-distribute, adapt, transmit, publish and/or broadcast, publicly perform and display any information or material placed by you on the Websites. Your licence will be by reference to the material placed by you on the Websites. You expressly waive in favour of Adval and any other party authorised by Adval all moral rights and any similar rights in any jurisdiction which you may have or hereafter acquire.
    At the request and expense of Adval you will execute and deliver to Adval such instruments and take such other actions as may be required to carry out this grant of licence and waiver.

Adval is not responsible for the contents of any linked websites or any hyperlink contained in the linked website. The inclusion of any link does not imply any endorsement of the linked websites by Adval. Any link within the Website, which takes you to a third-party website should only be clicked on entirely at your own risk. Adval does not endorse or in any way adopt representations made by advertisers on the Websites or any linked website, nor are any offers made by such advertisers or website operators also made by Adval.

  14. Governing Law
  15. This agreement between you and Adval will be governed by the Laws of Australia. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a Court of Law, it shall be severed and will not affect the remainder of the agreement, which will continue in full force and effect. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
